I am busy with fitting straight'ish bars to my Storm. I have all the bits I need to fit them.
But I cant get the ignition screws off, they seem to be a kind of security screw. so any ideas would be realy welcome right now.
The ignition is still on the bike (see the photo's)
They are special bolts called shear bolts. They will need to be replaced after you get them out ideally.
The way I do it is with a hammer and a flathead screwdriver, approx 7-10 mm blade. Place screwdriver on lip of the stud and bang it a few times with hammer. This will create a small notch. Angle the screwdriver and tap it and it should turn the stud. Repeat all way around the stud after each turn. It takes 10 or so mins but will get there in the end!
When you get new ones, they will look the same but will have a normal bolt head on top. Tighten them up and when it's tight enough the bolt head will shear off leaving the stud you see now. Hence shear bolts.
Someone probably has a much easier way of doing this though lol
