wheel bearings

now on second set of rear wheel bearings and these are shot, found just a bit of play. think this time its the fault of pressure washer.........doh.
Anyone know part numbers of rear wheel bearings and cost......cheers.

I've had a look on my workshop manual cd-rom, and it reckons the part numbers are:

91051-MAS-003
91052-MAE-004

and that they should be changed in pairs.

Don't take this as gospel, but I'm sure a Honda garage would verify and provide costs.

Dont take this as gospel either,
but it might just save you a few pounds. I was told that Honda use NSK bearings as genuine parts (NSK 6204DU) if you go direct to a bearing manufacturer/supplier you will save yourself about 8 quid per bearing!

Anyone Else had/having trouble with their bearings?

Decided to give the bike a little TLC this weekend and when cleaning the rear wheel I've notice a little movement. :cry:
It's done about 26k miles now and I was just wondering if this was normal or am I just lucky.

Hi just had MOT failed or rear wheel gearings. Got pair for under £9.00 each JKmotorcycles Wigan

Okay. I'm Know I'm slow getting around to do this job. (having fun on corners and cambers now)
I've just phoned Fowlers of Bristol and they want 53 quid for the rear bearings and 4 pounds for each dust cover 8O
Has anyone got any cheeper alternatives I can try on the net

Think thats a rip off, Just had new tyre fitted and wheel bearings (rear) fitted at same time, bearings less than £10 the pair, no charge for fitting, just £15 for taking wheel off bike fitting bearings and putting wheel back on. Miles kingsport in Hull East yorkshire. so I think £53 is a bit steep.

I had to go ahead and do the job Sat morn.
Ended up paying 17.50 a bearing plus 4 pound for each dust cover :cry:
A bit cheeper than what was quoted over the phone but I ran out of time to shop around.
The jobs done now and it feels much better plus from reading all the posts it seems like most places had rain on the weekend but all we had around Bristol was glorious sunshine so I managed to get some good mileage in and loved every minute of it :P :P
