I just rivetted it on the bench and fitted it over the swingarm.
You can do this if you remove the LH side footrest.
An angle grinder removes the old one no problem!

I picked one up of eGay for about £30. Not the strongest piece of kit ever, but fine for what I needed. Your welcome to borrow it it you are over near Devils Bridge anytime.

But the angle grinder bit still works, for those of us who spent the money we were saving up for an SP-2 with on angle grinders.
