Put the bike on its paddock stands and spun the front wheel, it moved about a quarter of turn and stopped, the front pads were dragging badly

Took them off to check things out, fired up the air compressor at 15 psi, not one piston moved increased pressure until it was reading 60 psi and only after about 3 or 4 secs did they start moving

Stripped them all out, not dirty or corroded and the seals looked perfect but when assembled the pistons were being held real tight.
New set ordered and i measured the old ones against the new, the old ones had swollen about .5mm and thus gripping the pistions too tight.
After the rebuild with new seals the pistons will now move easily with a quick blast of 10 psi air

The brake lever pressure is also reduced so i can now brake using one finger although now there is more movement in the lever as the pads/pistons are at last retracting from the disk.
£50 well spent
