Transportation of Motorbike goods

Post by gilson »

My next door neighbour is a trucker and has helped me send my bike to Lancaster and an engine to Redburgh, both from Essex.

He utilises a web system that people can access and enter the locations where they are making pick ups/drop offs. The van drivers then pick up the jobs as required.

It cost me 125GBP for the bike and 75GBP for the engine. I didn't think this was too excessive especially when it would cost me at least 50GBP in fuel in my car.

If anyone is having difficulty or wants to send things long distances, get in touch and I can help work something out. I wonder actually if anyone can have access to that website..... hmmm...
No bike (yet).
