VTR1000 SP2

Hi,

Been searching around the net for info and found this forum, I've just bought a VTR1000 SP2 and have a question regarding fuel consuption. I know the SP2 is thirsty but what is a realistic mpg figure to expect under normal 'A' road riding conditions ?

Couple of guys I ride with have an SP1 and SP2 - the average about 80 to a tank - not bad considering they ride like nutters all the time!!!!!

But its a small price to pay for buying the ultimate Veee twin - you lucky bugger!!!

Cheers Phats, that's about what I had heard when giving it some stick. Maybe I'll get a few more miles to the tank as I wouldn't quite put myself in the nutter catagory.

Can't wait 'till Saturday :D
