new VFR 1200 anyone?
4 wheels move the body, 2 wheels move the soul...........
Re: new VFR 1200 anyone?
I'm sure Honda have done their research , but is this engine arrangement what people really wantHonda's new Pan European- and Blackbird-replacing V4 can run as a twin, triple or V4, not just the parallel twin and four-cylinder modes expected, MCN has discovered.

That sounds like it's going to be expensive to me

Nice find Marra.
Chris.

Looks like a Beemer clone. How expensive are those services going to be! Seems to lose a bit of the spirit of biking to me - I don't even like 4 cylinder bikes for the same reason!
Now, a VTR1200, that would be grrrrrreat

Has anyone ever tried actually boring out the VTR cylinder going with new sleeves / pistons etc?

I don't think there is enough metal there to allow this.Seven Of Nine Firestorm wrote:Has anyone ever tried actually boring out the VTR cylinder going with new sleeves / pistons etc?

That VFR looks like what just came out of me in the bathroom! Alot of these new bikes coming out have lost all there style and lines.
