I sometimes drive a vehicle with front and rear CCTV, I find it distracting and dangerous. You tend to get drawn to it rather than glance like you do with mirrrors. Just my experience.
I was born with nothing and I still have most of it left.

well me mate got all the bits from hong kong, £30 all in, inc delivery! just done a cable fit and loose fit on camera and monitor, all working ok, so he's going to fit the camera in the tail unit with a small hole for the camera lens to poke thro and mount the monitor under the screen, post some more piccys when finally finished, he does say its a mint view and you can see peoples faces in the car behind you at traffic lights, heres where hes at atm

no john its just a loose fit atm, just to check everything worked, cameras gonna be mounted other side of seat lock and monitor under the screen

Nice Idea marr. Has it been run under test conditions. I wonder if the amount of vibration that comes from the vtr will affect the picture quality .? :think:

yes hes run it and pic quality is perfect, he mounted the monitor under the screen now, just waiting for piccys from him :thumbup:

Get him to try running it under test conditions on a Buell :wink:

If you think the Storm vibrates recalibrate your mind for one of those :lol: the camera, screen and bracket would be in 1000 pieces on the road :lol:
