Clip-on too low?

Post by davros »

As the rebuild continues I'm trying to sort some bars for the SP1 forks, got some origionally off an R1 but look a bit on the low side, what do you think, if I can't use these does any one know where I can get some with a rise in them?.

Spondon Engineering will make you some Phil-to spec too.

Mine cost around £70 3 or so years ago.

Cheers for that, I'm going to wait till I get the fairings back on to check what clearance I've got before deciding the rise. I'm a bit undescided on which way to go as I still want a comfortable riding position but also plan to take the bike on a few track days aswell.

the clearance will be very tight , my bikes had brackets to lower the front fairing a touch
