hi guys, last year got sent a reminder through the post, this year got wombles all

i was in the garage yesterday doing some work on the door and moving the bike out noticed expires feb 28, 2010

what do i need to find in the house to take and get a new tax disk again?

has it gone up from 66 quid?

qicker the better as i need get to work on it tonight.

got to watch that no reminder thing - i didnt get a sorn reminder for my cbx750 and when i went to tax it this year they wanted me to pay last years as well cos the sorn expired last may.
explained in a diplomatically assertive manner that it was their crouton up and eventually they relented.

if you use the online tax thing you just have to declare you have insurance / mot and enter either the long ref number off the v5 or the ref number off the sorn reminder.
but the sorn reminder notice is only valid for 28 days and they won't re-issue it :/
basically it's a waste of space, you will probably end up going to a local dvla and wasting best part of a day in a queue to do what you used to be able to do in the post office

at least you have the satisfaction of knowing your tax will go towards repairing potholes.... not

Think of your local PO, get down there and USE them, otherwise the f**kers will close them all down! Some people need local shops, not everyone can get about like we do.

hahaha i would only i cant stand my post office stinks like a left over curry and is full of dossers and those asaisn that own/run it have no customer service at all.

id be quite happy if they shut it, its proabably the only one we have left in horwich, we used to have a few nice village "homley" ones as gay at that sounds.
