Help - pyramid belly pan

Post by steveb »

Hi all,

Can someone do me a massive favour - I need a template of the longer of the two mounting rails for a pyramid belly pan.

For what ever reason, the previous owner has cut off one of the mounting eyelets 8O :?:

Didn't realise til today when I went to fit it........... :confused

If you could draw round it and post it to me via snail mail I can get a mate to make me a new bit and weld it on :!:

As the bracket isn't flat (so would be hard to draw round the entire item), the part I need is the two eyelets that mount to the bike, the other two that fix to the fairing are present.

Please........., thank you.

If so - Pauline has one on hers, I'll be back up next weekend (it's where I live, week is in digs - took this weekend out to get jobs done on mine)

I can measure, photo, trace - whatever....

YES, YES it is :D :D :D :D

Trace would be great then I can give it to my mate and he can sort the rest for me.

Longer of the two brackets please!!

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

It's certainly an alternative I may try if the template idea doesn't work. Thanks Wicky.
