My lovely shiney bodywork is a little more rattley than it should be. Some of the trim clip tabs on the plastics have broken - one of the ones by the front indicator (how??), and both of the side ones on the seat cowl panel, probably from luggage. None of them rattle much - I'd just prefer to get them sorted. The broken tab is hanging on one of the trim clips, the other two have gorn. Any tips?

cut away an inconspicuous piece of the same plastic (or buy a cheap donor panel) and use a soldering iron to weld new bits on.
glue is useless on abs panels imo.
*edit that - m8 just chipped in that airfix glue from a model shop is perfect for invisible panel mends.
stick rough bits on then blade it to shape after
they have new trim screws on fleabay but theyre like 3.50 each - maybe better using some big self tappers and penny washers, with tapwashers underneath?
mine are all fkt as well - least of my problems atm but hoping to put it all back A1 in good time!
the one near the indicator? is that the post thing on the lower infill panel from the headlight cowl to the side fairing?
i couldn't see where it's supposed to fasten to, but it has a screw hole in the end...

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

If it's the one's held in by the useless black plastic screws - forget 'em I got got cheesed off and gave up putting them in and haven't had any problems with the body work ripping off at warp speeds.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Thanks for the tips guys - looks like the PO had tried a superglue mend that hadn't had much success. Benny, can't imagine it's high on your priorities - hope the healing is going ok!

Black plastic hanger, or a cable tie - melt it down with a soldering iron (I found the Weller high heat ones the easiest to use)
I superglued and taped it into place - then melted a join from behind....
