hi
i have a 97 storm italian import.
i would like to put uk clocks on.
if i bought a second hand set of clocks would i need anything else?
it`s just that my blade was also an import which i changed the clocks on but i also had to change a tdk sensor which was
just underneath my gear change.
i can`t see anything like that on the storm so i thought i would ask before getting the clocks?
also is the 98 clocks the same as a 97? sorry for the question but i am not that technical.

afaik the storm's speedo and odo takeoff is from the output shaft and not a gearbox sprocket sensor like some models.
pretty sure it's a like for like swap kmh to mph.

if you look on ebay you can get a pretty decent overlay to convert kmh to mph - some buy them just cos the mph numbers arent very clear, whereas the overlay numbers are more visible.

most of the clocks on there atm are going for 65- 100. i just got a good set for 40 and missed a few for 35ish earlier in the week.
wait for a bargain.

the speedo is the same on the hornet iirc, but the tacho is different obviously with the higher redline on the il4.
