Yeah, it's marine ply and covered with yatch varnishps, Is that marine ply cos if it aint it will be all de-laminated by the time you get back from wherever it is you are going

Gases into Daves helmet Hmm!Noticed you went for dome head screws as well Pete, Good thinking Cheese heads would cause more drag and you want any air or gases that build up behind you to flow away freely, into Dave's helmet vents if possible
