Hey Jens, sounds like it's running a bit lean with baffles out- might need rejet and making a tad richer.
I'm a novice in this area, although I have experimented with about a thousand exhausts.
Cheers mate, Chris.

Defo lean,
get those baffles back in before you take out a valve or two.
I don't know much about the Leo Vince pipes so I can't give you any base settings to start with. If I was you, at the very least I'd get a diagnostic run on a rolling road and see how lean they are or, if you have a little more money to spend, get them to set it up properly for you.

Problem solved :-P

Raised both needels a bit, the front got a new washer in, the rear have to washers in.

Front plug looks fine now :-P

The rear plug is still a bit white, maybe a new jet a bit higher or raise needel a bit more ?

Any suggestions ?

You need to get it set up (or at least a diagnostic run) on a Dyno, as has been rightly said already.

No point guessing and reading the plugs, you could get main jet lean and pilot rich and plug could read ok, but end up with a burnt piston crown.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
