Adapting stock exhausts

Post by Lutonstorm2 »

Hi everyone, especially PhilVTwin- it's been a while and I'm back and comuting from Bristol to Luton!!

Ok, finally want some more sound from my stock exhausts and can't find the original post about drilling out the baffle ends... I've got three holes drilled so far ( came like that) but want more.

How do I drill the holes and not have the remaining swarf tinkling around in the cans forever???
Cheers all

Simon

Hello Mate :D

I thought you and the missus may have gone down there as i hadn't heard from or seen you for absolutely bloody ages!!

From what i remember the holes in yours were 6 or 8mm? Drill em out to 12 or 13mm, any swarf will get blown out
