Had a lovely sunny day at Cadwell on the storm. The bike performed well given its stock, on roadsmarts (very good by the way - they have beaded right to the edge on front and rear). Good little wheelies over the mountain - best bike I've had for that.
Anyhows, I had an intermittent fuelling problem which blunted me a bit. On park straight, hitting about 120-130 and going to the limiter each gear, I then lost power like the bike was being starved of fuel. The bike was struggling to get past 5k revs and was really chuggy. Then it might clear a bit, then chug, for about a quarter of a lap. Then it would be fine.
It didn't do it at all providing I didn't go to the redline. Can anyone suggest why this was? AA suggested fuel was vapourising
