Pilot Screw just checking
Pilot Screw just checking
Can someone confirm the no. of turns out on the pilot screws, the manual says 2 3/4 turns, just want to be sure. Cheers
Re: Pilot Screw just checking
Ran the bike on this initial setting seem to run fine, the manual describes a proceedure for adjusting the pilot screws at an idle speed of 1200rpm, can I skip this step and go straight to carb balancing as described in the threads on here?

as long as it runs smooth dont see why not.
different people have suggested different pilot settings.
gunson colourtune - remember them? they were ace for getting the mixture right but it'd be a dog of a job onn the storm with where the plugs are

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
