suspension settings

Hi, can any one help? I am new to the vtr firestorm and i am wondering if the suspension settings can be changed to suit me as at the moment they are at standard all round. I am a 6ft 1in and 15 stone rugby player. any responce is gratefully recieved. Guy.

you could wind in the preload and crank up the back spring a bit.
have a chat with ftr suspension for some tips, or somewhere more local to you...
i put progressive springs in mine and it helps a lot

if you can afford to do it put a hyperpro suspension kit on it, do it, full length front progresive springs (loose the spacer), new oil for the forks in the kit and a new rear spring, i can't tell you what a difference this made to the bike, like someone was slamming tracks out in front of the bike on the corners, i can't recommend this highly enough, my storm was transformed , you are a big lad so it would benifit you to do it as the storm is a little soft when it comes down to suspension
