suspension settings

Hi, can any one help? I am new to the vtr firestorm and i am wondering if the suspension settings can be changed to suit me as at the moment they are at standard all round. I am a 6ft 1in and 15 stone rugby player. any responce is gratefully recieved. Guy.

you could wind in the preload and crank up the back spring a bit.
have a chat with ftr suspension for some tips, or somewhere more local to you...
i put progressive springs in mine and it helps a lot :thumbup:
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

if you can afford to do it put a hyperpro suspension kit on it, do it, full length front progresive springs (loose the spacer), new oil for the forks in the kit and a new rear spring, i can't tell you what a difference this made to the bike, like someone was slamming tracks out in front of the bike on the corners, i can't recommend this highly enough, my storm was transformed :thumbup: , you are a big lad so it would benifit you to do it as the storm is a little soft when it comes down to suspension
