Re: Fork Springs
I replaced mine with hyperpro progressive springs for about 100 quid and it makes a huge difference...

Re: Fork Springs
If you try a quick search you will find loads of threads on fork upgrades, as the front end is the 1st limitation on the handling side, there are various options:
1) new springs and thicker oil and do it your self [carefull of the debate on progressive vs linear springs]
2) rebuild & revalve [modify the damper stack and the adjuster needle], new springs [linear] by Roger Dichfield a VTR tuning and racing expert Revolution Racing 07970915259 cost about £200 inc postage.
3) fit the front end off another bike........but you still need to revalve & respring.
I did option 2, and am very pleased with the improvement. Others will chime in with what they have fitted.
