A day at wheelie school!!

erm. Don't laff but I looped the storm tonight. Wasn't even trying a wheelie either. Just Richard about giving it a handful after turning right on a main road. Haven't ridden the storm properly since Saturday (wheelie school) lol. Funny as fook though. Did a 12 o'clock, fell off, the bike corrected itself and went down the road on 2 wheels with me rolling along behind it. I saw floor, sky, floor sky. floor. The camber of the road took the storm into the curb where it went down.

Damage other than my pride. Left indicator and a few scratches and cracks. The R&G bungs saved my bike!! Pics to follow. I'll get them up Saturday as I'm off to London tomorrow. Sore ass, thumb and little finger (sounds rude!!) and graze on elbow. Textiles fooked. It took about an hour for the adrenaline to wear off.

I have learnt that if you don't mind your exhausts and tail fairing getting scratched, you don't need 12 o'clock bar.

Oh nooooooooooooo Im still aching after watching mine flip. they go a long way before anything scrapes believe me i saw mine from behind. Maybe i made right move, jumping off then. Make sure yer forks are straight, mine were well bent, although it flipped and came down front first.

I picked it up and rode about 30 miles. Seems ok. Will get it checked out though.

Nah, no bumb. Listening to the vid, I slipped the clutch a little before giving it a handful. I wasn't trying to wheelie as the road was too short and my mate was in front. I'm lucky in many ways tbh. Vid on its way to youtube but its a private one. I'll add you to it once its upped.

got some indicators if you want them.
the gear lever will bend back, just put a tube over the end and a block of wood behind it.

I'm a very lucky boy. A big thanks to R&G!! I'm gonna strip the fairing off today to check indicator mounting thingy and sub-frame. I got my mechanic to check it over. This was after picking himself up off the floor. I showed him the vid

I may take you up on your offer of the indicator. Only need nearside front.

I walked for about 7 hours yesterday around London, and it was tough. So still sore but serves as a good reminder

np on the indicator - got some brand new ones with no stems if you can get away with that, its only held on with a little screw inside the tube?

Did I mention an upgrade opportunity?
All those scraped bit will need to be replaced with smaller, lighter, carbon fibre, racing parts.
(for safety reasons, if your other half reads this).
