Now thats what I am talking about   8) I want a bike that makes me feel special every time I get on it but I have a list of must dos, I am a bikeophile like you Tim but I am definately more sports orientated. I am really glad you like it mate and the back up testimony from Mike makes me want to have a go even more ( I know what he likes to do to bikes :biggrin ). That leaves me one question.......... When can we meet up?

Blimey Tim, I thought you'd been a bit quiet lately on here. I can see why now

That's one beast of a motorcycle is that, they sound awesome IMHO.

Did you trade in your CB1300s for this bike :?: or do you have two bikes now :?:

Lets get something sorted in September. Who knows, the ones who moan there are no rides out on here may even turn up :)

Are you planning on doing the Wales run?
I am hoping to make the Wales meet in some way or another but may be away in Germany....the company keep changing the bloody dates so I cant be sure.

Glad i did, because the buzz i had when i got first CB wasnt there witht the S bt it most definitely is with the R3, love it.
Tim,
That sounds like a good enough excuse to me for changing bikes :D

I've just been looking up the spec's for this beauty. I must say very impressive figures.

I best not mention what I said when you got the 13s in Jan this year

But I can't help myself from posting this

:worthless_thread_wo_pics:

Take care on it mate,

Jim, tell your company to stop messing, surely they must know when they are going to wage war on Germany? Just get on with it
I have a new job mate, i am now an engineering consultant 8O They trust me to go and look at prospective components/assys to see whether they are any cop. Looks like I will still get out and about about around Europe. No wars with Germany mate they would kick our butt (BMW/Merc tanks verses Royal Enfield side car outfits  )

Didnt realise you're out now mate, thought you mean the RAF :)

Good on you mate, 23 years is a bloody good stint, well done.

Now, about that £10k you owe me.........................

You can give me some money and a B road scratcher if that helps :)
I am not out until Sept next year, I got promoted and moved into the higher echelons of engineering (well higher for a non commissioned erk like myself)
