Having not experienced one myself (touch wood) i think that stands as proof to many stories and annocdotes about how a high side will hurt more than any other crash you willl have.

Uhhh
Not too sure about that.
I'd rather highside on a track anyday than go belting into another car that had just pulled out of a side junction into my path.
Besides it doesn't look cool being slumped against a lampost and a Granny saying "I bet he wished he took the buss this morning"compaired to being stretchered off a racetrack with the fans waving :wink:
