GPZ600R 'A ladies bike' as the Germans kept reminding me at Assen one year!

Seriously it does have a low seat height that you sit in...

I had an imported 1990 GSXR400 as one of my first bikes. Was great fun, easy to throw about, looked good too in blue and silver. My missus is 5' 2 and she had no problem regarding height when she tried it. Dunno if its rubbish but I think I remember someone telling me a lot of the imported 400's have a lower ride height making them suitable for those with shorter legs

The revvy 400's are not great bikes for new riders, IMO you are asking for an OFF, better have a 600 like a GPX600, so cheap and easier to ride than a buzz bomb.

has a leak, but prob a new gasket and bobs your uncle.

I had an FZR 400, cheap to buy and insure, You can restrict them but theres seriously no point. You'll upset alot of people on one aswell, i used to piss off litre bikes on mine.
It was very loud and very short.
