Front forks and rear spring

Hi all,
Just treated the storm to an upgrade. Got a combi kit from Hyperpro. New rear spring and new front springs with new oil. All progressive. Grand total of £166 for the kit £20 to get the shock split and new spring fitted and 2.5 hours work. WOW what a difference. WOW> WOW>WOW. Wish i had done it couple of years ago. Also got a sprint damper £160. No more wiggles. Oh yeah and new bearings all round £28 including sprocket carrier. Whole bike feels so new like.

That sounds like real world alternative instead of a £1000 overhaul! :D
Do you have a website where I can go to?

I have a pair of Progressive Springs at home but have not fitted them. :oops:

Bink got them from Hein Gericke. Came with instructions, however have a look at http://www.hyperpro.com i think it is. Get the front fork springs done. Take no more than 1 hour.

They seem to have a dealer/office in Ireland too.
Think I have already spoken to that guy some months back. Is the rear spring that purple colour shown?
Won't look good on a red Storm I reckon ... If I get it fitted I'll probably have it re-sprayed .... yella/white or black!

I dunno, purple is a funky ass colour! 8) Remenber the old ZX7R, red with purple wheels? that looked the bollox..

Why do you think I don't ride an Old Red Zx7R with Purple wheels .... :wink:

Nah, I do like the colour scheme of the Zx but the Hyperpro purple is leaning on the lavender :roll: rather then the strong Purple of the Kwak.

Yeah it is the purple 1 however on 1 hand you dont really notice it, on the hand when someone see's it and ask's about it it does stand out. My storm is yellow and red and the shock looks quite trick to the untrained eye. :twisted:

I thought I saw a black one on the site there, or was that last nights booze playing tricks on me?
They certainly sell the product with the words all right. Not sure about the "cartoon" comparing the two bikes??????
