just got back from alton towers (free tickets!) with mrs on the back....

as title, never again lol
she couldnt get the hang of sitting on the pillion seat, so kept sliding her big butt onto my bit of the seat, crushing my bollox against the tank, leaning into me and making it impossible to steer
then every corner bailing over like she was trying to capsize a canoe

absolute mayhem. sent me wide on a few bends byt leaning over, thinking the bike was going to tip over
then trying to get on before me

it's been a while since she's been on the back, and only had a brief spin on the storm, tho she liked being on the cbx cos of its big compy seat.

so the bonus for me is i can now put a single seat on it cos i am never again carrying a pillion lol - not the mrs anyway!

was a good day out tho, not been there for years. took my little md80 cam on the rides... almost lost it on nemesis but by a miracle caught it as it came undone
got back to look at the vids..... not recorded a single file
dunno why?
shes still going on about me weaving though 3 lanes of traffic on the m6 lol.... nothing illegal in that, i used my indicators, not my problem if car drivers are lazy b8stard & cba occupying the lanes to the left.
1/2 mile at a time, empty left lanes

Sounds like you was pushin a bit too hard for a pillion man, i'm smooth as butter with a person on the back unless told to wheelie. Love pillion wheelies, nice balance weight!

I am never, ever, taking anyone on the back of my bike lol. I wouldn't want to be that responsible lol and have a feeling, I'd go one way as they slid off the back and went the other,so for that reason, I'm out lol..

I don't mind being on the back of a bike with Dave but we ride completely differently and I don't like being on the back sometimes cos I can hear myself saying things like "go on, get past" or slow down a bit more cos "I KNOW this bend is nasty" or "I would have overtaken by now" or you shouldn't have done that"/I wouldn't have done that..

So it's much better we just ride our own bikes. I don't like riding his bike even though its a VTR, it feels totally different to mine but that is prob all the mods on mine, what do I know eh! If that had of been us, we'd of had an arguement by time we got off the bike as we are both head strong and kind of speak our minds and I can't keep that stuff to myself if things make me mad. It would have been forgotton mind you by time we'd even reached the Nemesis but hey-ho..

At least you get to go solo on the VTR..lol..
