CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THE TANK AND DIGI CLOCKS FROM A 51REG STORM IS A STRAIGHT SWAP,IS THE WIRING FOR THE DIGI CLOCKS THE SAME AS I COULD DO WITH A FUEL GAUGE AND THE EXTRA FUEL WILL BE HANDY AS I'M TRAVELING TO CAMBRIDGE ON A REGULAR BASIS

YES IF YOUR PUTTING EM ON A 51 REG BIKE! DEPENDS WHAT YEAR YOUR BIKE IS?? AND WHY ARE WE SHOUTING!! :biggrin

the 19L tank wil fit, but if you are using the older clocks with just the fuel lamp, you will need to use the sensor from the 16L tank - it fits the same but recommend you use a new o ring when you change them.

ive had 18.4L in mine so they do hold 19L or more if you brim it with the bike upright...

why do you want the fuel gauge? it's probably just as useless as the lamp... and the temp gauge with just have you fretting every time you get in traffic.
with the 16L sensor in a 19L tank, the fuel lamp comes on just the same as it did with the smaller tank, but you still have like 2 gallons left.

the 19L tank also doesn't have a vacuum pipe so you will need to cap yours off (golf tee)
and also you will need a 10mm tee & some pipe clips as the fuel valve (no tap) has just a single outlet pipe.
remember that whenyou are taking the tank off lol... you can't turn the fuel off like you can on the older one
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
