Raask raiser

Post by bluesman »

Saw Raask conversion kits at Busters site - says that it converts from clipons to conventional bar at only 35 pounds...A bit scary - has anybody tried them? I mean - will you still be able to hang off bike with conventional tube handlebar? Image

Thanks - any photos?

Thanks! That's what I suspected ... :(

May I ask - do you have any photos of your bike with Genmars? Are they like ring that go underneath clipons? If so - you supposed to drop forks to install it or..? And - if you drop forks bike leans forward more so you still have same overall position or...?
Sorry, I am just stuck - don't really know how it works?

i see they do the mirror extensions too, moves them out 1",

i think everyone requires that extra inch

$65 , not looked at postage, but shouldn't be to much for a couple of bits of plastic and some bolts, i'd hope.

If you buy using paypal it includes delivery. It's about $8 extra about £4.50.

mirror extenders

Post by bluesman »

Thanks folks! I will need to think hard now :)
about mirrors -I had a look at extenders..
Well, first of all - on my favorite online catalogue and shop http://www.louis.de mirrors for R1 cost 25 Euro for pair, but - as I like original storm mirrors shape I decided to pop into hardware shop and buy pices of plastic and have a go with drill and cutters :) it is not really worth 65 bucks IMHO :)
If I will succeed I will upload escises and sizes so that people can do it themselves....

i'd have to agree with you bluesman about the price, i'm sure i saw another thread else where about some one using flip flops as spacers, i think it might have been on here, that will be the flip flop stuff resurrected again :?
