It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Kawasaki are shits for their paint codes, they change shades every year and don't give out the codes. RS paints should be able to help out though.

its either pearl blazing orange - apparently the kawasaki code is 470, available from:
quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just for reference, the "Pearl Blazing Orange" Paint Formula is Global Refinishing (PPG/Deltron/Platinum Dealer) Paint Code #907328.

colorrite 17k is the one you want so they say, go to colorrite site and input that in the search - but apparently it is a 3 coat paint and isnt cheap - be prepared for a shock lol.

either that or it's burnt candy orange... http://www.colorrite.com/product/kawasa ... e-1526.cfm
Using colorrite's paint finder wizard, that's the colour that comes up for the 2010 z1000 and other 2010 kwaks.

a quick look round zx10 & kawiforums will turn up what you're looking for,
seems most paint shops can match your paint to ppg & colorite codes.
looks like you need a base coat, second coat, topcoat and lacquer.
would be cheaper to replace the panels!
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
