hi all, does anyone have ixil pipes on their bike? what are they like?
ive just got some form ebay,few years old i think.round/stainless
they look good and i cant wait to fit them to my bike but,
they have baffles in,are they removeable? no obvious way of removing them.
from looking on here i dont need to rejet the bike yet,do i? bike is totaly standard so far.

never heard of them m8, but you shouldnt have to rejet unless you change the air filter for a k&n (or similar) plus the pipes
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Yeah, mine with the unsilenced stubbies and growlers is just on the lean side - a bit of a pop and bang on overrun, that's all. Had a base run done, 97.5bhp at rear wheel - would have more if I had longer cans, but I like the look and sound of mine. I am gonna jet it this year - after I get BMC filter and advancer fitted....

thanks guys.
just got to get my butt in gear and fit them now.
might wait for the weather to brighten up a bit!
