Advice please

I serviced my bike a few weeks ago along with putting in manual tensionors. When I changed the plugs they were very black.

It looks like the bike is running rich. The bike is fitted with race cans no baffles etc.

My question is should I fit a kn airfilter to stop the richness.

A slight oily black. Don't use any oil. And the bike runs sweet to be honest. It runs rough when i put STD pipes on.

Just an alternative point of view, but if you have only been riding short runs and on low throttle because of the sh1t weather, the plug reading may be a bit misleading.
As long at the very tip of the plug is dry and a bit brown, I wouldnt worry. if it feels ok, then its not far off.
