Ball bearing type carb balancer

Post by bandsawman »

Hi all, I want to make my own carb balancer, the type with the looped tubing and 2 ball bearings inside. Can anyone give me more info on this?
Like:
1) How big does the ball bearing have to be in relation to the inside diameter of the tubing?
2) Does it need something to stop the ball bearing getting sucked out?

Many thanks,
Mike.

there is my effort, It doesn't use ball bearings though. I used red two stroke oil instead of water as its a wee bit thicker and easier to see.
