Is this right? Anti-tilt sensor

Popped into a Kwak dealer today, had a look at the new SX, got chatting with the salesman and he reckoned the SP1 has a problem with dodgy anti-tilt sensors? Do they have them, are they dodgy? Not that I'm getting one for a while
