I had Avon Storms on my Yam and strangely enough my new Storm came with them on as well. They seem as good on the Storm as they were on the Yam (as much as you can tell from 200 miles home on wet roads at night). I know some owners on here have doubts about them and prefer other brands, but I find them OK.

Just got my Bike mag and apparently the new kid on the block is the Michelin.......
Lots of sipes, so hot weather performance is still unknown.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I had storms on my SV and they were good, and funny enough I just bought a set for the VTR as the rear is nearly on the limit and the front is well worn. Time will tell how they go as I mostly use the bike for my run to work, which is mostly open A roads :)
Not what you think...

Give Sidcup Motorcycle tyres a call for ride-in, ride-out, or for someone who will come to you and fit at your own work or home, try the Rubber Ranch on 07970 521052.

I have BT21's on the Storm and when its time to upgrade I'll go for the 23's. They are a decent enough tyre for all the use I put the bike through.

I had to get a rear for the Gixxer and put a 23 on it and it was great. Loved it, Enough grip etc and comfy enough for the motorway slogs without squaring off.
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes, I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.

Or FWR In Kennington 0207 820 7818
