Speedo Conversion Problem
I bought an import VTR which had been modded so the KPH speedo now reads as MPH (with small mph sticker over the kph). I then bought a complete UK MPH instrument cluster on ebay, fitted it and now it reads slower, as in showing 30 mph when I'm doing 50 and the trip/mileometer reads slow as well, at the same ratio.
Does any one know what I need to do to correct this.

Just the kph. If it as a "healer" I wonder where it would be fitted?

If not, you can get them changed. Mine was in kph but had it converted to mph by a firm in King's Lynn called Scorpio electronics (who also supplied and fitted a new background plate)
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!

Yea! 
Sorted. there was a small "healer" box fitted in the same place as in the photos on the link. All worked fine on the way in to work this morning.
