seems ok, tomorrow I'll pop the fairing back on and give it a clean, then a little run round to see if they've made any difference.
Monday I'll book it on the dyno again to see what the numbers tell me....
what have you done to your "bike" today

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

today i got my rev n rip scooter running. sort of.
plug was loose, carb hanging off, airbox full of leaves, pilot jet blocked & all the bowl screws rounded off, exhaust gasket missing & held on with one bolt, electronic choke fkt, wire broken on ign coil, ht leads full of water, flat battery, broken throttle housing, numerous oil leaks....
and petrol that i couldnt light with my lighter!

parts on the way...
bigger carb, race cdi & coil
100cc big bore kit
big valve head
race cam
race variator (pulley set)
gates kevlar belt
speed control kit
big bore header & art can (or viper stubby)
respay, logos and some new tyres as well.

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Liked the close-up of the oily kitchen roll, proving work had been done!
Speed control kit?
Frightened it'll run away with you?
But progress, well done so far.

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
im a persistant bugger... took me 3 batteries & 5hrs to get it running!
the main issue stopping it was the auto choke.
i ended up removing it & blanking the drilling off.
sounds like a popcorn maker with the exhaust off lol or a blowjob machine (if there is such a thing...)
wait til you see it when its finished lol.... should be a flyer

There certainly is such a thing as a blowjob machine, but I don't think rev'n'rip will earn you one, unless it's a wet night outside the chippy and she's the ugly one on duty.......

the plan is, get a rev n rip, hang around maccys & the co-op, keep the lid on so they can't see how grey i am.... hopefully get off with some nubile 6th formers instead of the usual octagenarian conquests.

98% of all Harleys ever sold are still on the road. The other 2% made it home

I did, I was getting severe withdrawal symptoms! Every time the weather looked OK for a good blast there was something that needed doing, moving, shifting, lifting, going to. Well it did according to SWMBO
