Didnt Ride have a go at stopping oil spills from overfilled trucks?

Trouble is, I remember how I drove before I learned to ride. They didnt mention bikes much when I was learning. Didnt hit anything or have anything hit me but I used to hoon my old car down bristol roads.

The filtering thing is annoying though, cos insurance companies are treating these things as knock for knock. Even though filtering is legal! There is a presumtion that cars have more right to be on the road than bikes.

Makes me want to write to my MP (whoever (s)he is)
