Re: Bit of guidance please
i have the same bellypan fitted to my storm and it cracked it the same place due to the stand coming up hard...i recommend you get some thin foam from the craft shop and some double sided sticky tape....you can't get the pan on without scratching it uless you use a paddock stand stood on two pieces of 1/2inch wood strips to raise it enough to twist it round the sidestand then under the bike....after you get the bellypan fitted cut 3-4 small squares from the foam and stick them together, then lift the sidestand up and look to see where it lands and stick the foam in place..this takes the shock out of the stand hitting the bellypan...also put some fibregass on the inside surface where the stand hits to strengthen it too.

Top tip, the insurance companies like to charge a silly extra premium for after market belly pans, if you are honest they will add cash, if you are not they can be easily removed and thrown over a hedge before plod/ins assessor sees the bike. Up to you, I paid a bit extra but stupidly the zorsts were a free add on.....go figure

Glad you got a good deal, I think that info was from Bennetts. I am with Adrian Flux now.
