This must be the Solihull Workshop day?

Id like to bring my 'storm along for the clean out of her pipes. Providing its OK, what would I need to bring along, where am I going, and is anyone else heading from this kind of way I can meet up with?

There's two "workshop day" threads, one in Kent (which you've just missed) and the one here, so why not have a look at those and you'll find out all about it.
Tools/
You'll need a small socket set, some screwdrivers, and if you're stripping carbs a handful of long cable ties (I'll show you why on the day  )
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Midlands Workshop day

Post by rob's red storm »

Afternoon all!
Just got back into the country, seems I have brought the weather with me! I won't be doing work to the bike for a bit so scratch brgs and clutch for me for the mo, but I'll be there for moral support and the ride afterwards!!
Cheers

Geo - Head bearing and roas ccts.

I am staying near Nuneaton on Friday night. See you Satdee

Do I need to bring anything. I'd rather not carry tools up from Pompey in a rucksack if I can help it.

should be OK for most tools as there is not too many people, but if you can bring the small basics like a set of allen keys and a 1/4 drive socket set that might make life easier than sharing.

if I was being mean, I would ask you to bring a selection of hammers to get your bearings in with, but I guess you can use mine for a small fee :)
