Well so far my impression of Suzuki and its build quality is more than favourable, I have owned 3 Hondas and two Suzukis and to be honest I dont see not much in them. It may just be the models I have owned but the paint/laquer, bolts and exhaust headers/collector boxes etc seem to last equally well. The 600 Bandit I had was a 98 and still pristine the Gixxer is now 5 yrs old and still immaculate. Maybee if anything the front calipers on the Suzies seem a bit more prone to corrosion but all in all they seem comparable. I do look after my bikes though so that may be a factor.
