And screwdrivers, saves us having to wait for the same one.....
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

why do screwdrivers get used for everything except driving screws!

oh, and pls dont ride with a screwdriver in your pocket. put it under the seat.
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

I'll try to remember bearing drifts for the head bearings.
Shotgun the big angle grinder :lol:

And whoever's bringing the bearings, get them in the freezer the moment you get there- I'll probably forget until I need to put them in.....

Alastair- do you want the carb balancer and adaptors brought along?

I have angle grinder and a good set of punches, but bring the best drift you have incase it is better than mine, it looks like we have 2 head brgs to do!

Bring the carb adaptors, no one has asked for a balance, but I think we will end up doing a few. I have a ball brg gauge so dont need to pack yours.

Good reminder on the freezer.

Two more dropped out
line up now is:

Clive & Pauline - CCT's but not sure if they can make it?????????
Rob - coming but only to watch
Geo - cant come
Styler & a mate - Styler cant come, and mate unlikley to come on his own
Waggy - cant make it he has to work..bit of a shame as he lives closest...will try and put stoppers in his CCT's another time as I dont want to find out that he bent the valves!
StormShun - valves, linkage, carbs lots of other bits - still comming
eclectic - carbs - still comming
AMcQ46 - spare engine needs stoppers fitted, valves checked .........but only if there is time between helping you lot :D

Tony.mon - technical experts and tea drinkers......

More time available for a ride out me thinks :D

Sorry Al and thanks for the chat. Much rather talk than type :(

Having spent loadsa money this week entertaining my 9 year old and then spending just under £200 on bike gear for him, I am now skint.

I'm gonna give it a go meself. You can all laff when I come here crying for help!! lol

no worries, spending money on your kids is always a higher priority that spending money on your bike :thumbup:

I unfortunately won't be attending either. Had a week off work day tripping with the woman and kiddies. Spent more than I thought (i should know better, always costs a fortune, would be better to go away for the week).

Gutted as I really wanted to see the cct's done! Sorry fellas
