Spark plug health?

I realise that this is quite low to ask this! But does my plug look like it needs replacing?

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Yes.
The bike won't run unless the plug is replaced.

Leaving it on the workbench won't allow the spark to get inside the engine, which is where it needs to be.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Ran to Halfords and they only had one in stock, and wont be getting anymore!! So will try Wilco's tomorrow. Thanks fella's
