yeah, you are right about riding on loose stone, hard work as both wheels are moving in every direction and if you lose momentum you can struggle to get going again..............a damn good work out
were they the 250 or the 450 yams? what you looking at buying now you have tried a real enduro bike?
WR250F with 1/4 action throttle.
Cant have 3 bikes and cant get rid of the beemer so its looking more and more likely the storm will have to go.

Talking to the guy that runs the tour, he has used honda 400, wr426 and said out of those and his current bikes, the yam 250f have been the most reliable and up to the task. He also runs KTM450exc too.
I'd like to get a WR250f but might try some others too. Not tried a real one if the wr250f isn't classed as a real enduro?
