Im going to remove and repaint my rear subframe as it looks tatty. Whats the best paint to use so it dont rust again.

Silver Hammerite/Smoothrite will give you a goof dinish - and fantastic weather protection....
My top tip is Satin Black smoothrite - applied evenly can give a faux powdercoat finish for fractions of the price - I used cans and cans when I was restoring my CB1100....! (Grabrails, clocks, bar ends etc)
