Sidebags

Post by terrier »

Hello, folks!

Seriousily considering buying VTR (would be third Honda in la row)- one problem:

has anyone ever managed to fit a pair of sidebags nicely? How does it look like?

I am not to keen on those throw-over-the-saddle textile 20L bags, longer trips with a lady on the back seat require some stuff to take with... (And GoldWing is not an option if someone was to suggest me that!)

Links or photos, please!
Thanx!

Hi Terrier

The sports throwovers are the best option. They expand to 30l+ and careful packing, and choosing, will easily see you through 2 weeks travel. Make sure you take old clothes for the days riding, wear it twice and then bin it. Half way through the trip, you'll have plenty of room for shopping!
I ride way too fast to worry about cholesterol.
