Harris Rearsets help?

Post by nora2004 »

Was wondering if anyone with a set of Harris rearsets could do me a huge favour and measure the linkage rod length, somehow mine managed to fall off today and even with 2 hours looking could I bugger find it! lol

Thanks in advance!

Mine measures 245mm and with the footrests in the middle set of holes, lowest position the rose joints are screwed right home therefore unable to fit them further forward without a shorter rod but about right for me.

if you buy yourself some right hand thread m6 rose joints from ebay (get the rubber shrouded hd ones from mcgill motorsport) you will then be able to use ordinary m6 screwed rod.

i have some spare linkages that came with my rear sets but tbh id rather keep the longer ones so i can set them back further for track days seeing as that all the storm will be used for shortly.... :silent:
