Japanese market Yoshimuras? Expensive cans there.
Are they JMCA marked? if so they're probably quieter than you expected?

Yeah mate they are Jap made. Not sure if they are titanium but they have that sort of dull look which titanium normally has. Hmm.

I'll look for a JMCA mark, havent seen one. Wasnt sure what to expect but they are seriously loud, at least to my ears. Remember I'm currently riding a CB500F so....chalk and cheese!

The JMCA plate will be on the inside of the cans, out of sight as it were.
My Moriwaki cans are the same, just not very loud as the Jap sound limit is low.
