Need help - Torque setting for Front/Rear Wheel Bolt

Just changed the wheels on mine, but not sure of any torque settings. Does anyone know for the following:-

Front Wheel Bolt

Rear Wheel Bolt

Brake Calipers


Hope to get back on the road today so if anyone out there, I would appreciate the numbers!!

Torque settings should be in the downloadable PDF service manual in the workshop knowledge base

Front Wheel axle Bolt - 6.0 kgf.m or 43 lbf.ft
Front Wheel axle pinch bolts - 2.2 kgf.m or 16 lbf.ft

Rear Wheel axle Bolt - 9.5 kgf.m or 69 lbf.ft

Brake Caliper fixing bolts - 3.1 kgf.m or 22 lbf.ft

Do be aware if re-installing the front wheel there is a bolt tightening sequence u need to follow in order to obtain the correct brake disk to caliper clearance.

Thanks for the settings. I just did em all up fairly tight and all seemed good but i will torque everything tomorrow AM now i have the settings. the "Bolt Sequence" worries me a bit.
I dont understand how anything could get set wrong. The wheels has some spacers between the forks and I cant see how anything could be adjusted incorrectly. I slid the axle through, did it up tight, then tightened the 4 pinch bolts. The brakes seem to be okay. Is there anything I need to go back and check there?

I took it form the owners handbook which shows you how to check the caliper clearance to the disk which should be 0.7mm. (Not the pad to disk clearance)

The sequence is as follows:

1. Insert axle, axle bolt should be on the left side as you are facing the bike.
2. Tighten axle bolt to specified torque.
3. Tighten axle pinch bolts on the RIGHT side to specified torque.
4. Install both right & left calipers & tighten fixing bolts to specified torque.
5. Lightly set the pinch bolts on the left side.
6. Operate the front brake & pump the forks several times.
7. measure clearance between LEFT disk & caliper body (not brake pads) with 0.7mm feeler gauge.
8. If it inserts freely tighten left pinch bolts to specified torque.
9. If it cannot be inserted then pull the left fork out slightly until the 0.7mm gap is achieved before tightening the left pinch bolts.
10. Recheck brake operation & that wheel rotates freely.

Thanks for that. It makes you wonder what they do if you ride in/ride out at local tyre shops. I cant see them doing all that. Thats why i decided to tackle it myself. All good now. Job done
