A day at wheelie school!!

Another update!

I had a great weekend at the school. Lots of wheelies as you could imagine.

Although Saturday was great, Sunday was the best day for me. Not only did I have 5 of my biking buddies learning to wheelie, I managed to get into second gear. I still haven't mastered it yet but need to lose the stick on the back and start imprinting the rear brake into my brain!!.

Todays challenge was to try and get into second gear. I did manage to get it but it was too late as the bike was already on its way down.

Sunday July 24th 2011
I managed to finally get it into 2nd gear almost every attempt but boy does it come up quick when you do catch it. I didn't have the bloggie camera that day as my wife took it to Castle Coombe. I did have 7 mates as witnesses though! Bonus :0P

The stick saved my ass several times I am sure. I just need to grow some balls and start pissing about without the stick.

I did one wheelie that was by far my best ever. Rode along at 3k in 1st, launched the bike and immediately put it into 2nd. Caught it just right and feathered through 2nd Boy I screamed like a little girl. Loved it!!
