hi ben :)

your daffy duck is in my garage now!

still riding a vee????
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the messages, good to recognise some familiar names

Benny
Glad the duck is still alive and well -did you get the seat unit as well?
One of the first things I did when I came back on the board was search for more pics of your bike -it looks awesome in white and your rebuild is superb, especially considering the budget

I actually have two Vs (cant see myself having enything else TBH) an RSV Mille and the venerable old Storm

Kev
The Mille I bought back in 2008 got stripped down to fix a couple of niggles and has mushroomed into a proper project from there.
The more I strip the more I find I want to fettle (I'm a bit of a detail freak when I get started so baulk at the idea of just throwing it back together)

The original Storm got stripped of all the trinkets and baubles to finance the Mille and the intention was to sell it in standard trim.
Problems with the Mille led to me hanging on to it and after a long layoff in the back of a mate's garage it is back in service and running lovely as ever (although having sold the Blade forks and Penske shock when I got the Mille I'm having to adjust to crashing over bumps again!!)

Other than that I've had two years of virtually no road biking but a reasonable amount of track riding on a very trick ex Phillip Macallem CBR 600 steelie
(right up to the point where my prother parked it in the armco at Oulton!!)
It has been resurrected with Blade forks, SP1 brakes and an 09 Blade radiator to replace the achingly gorgeous HRC one that was sadly beyond repair

Mike
How's things mate -yeh the girls are getting bigger all the time (6 and 3 now)
How's things with you?
What are you riding these days?

Cuppa
Howdy fella, you well?
See above for tale of woe, retribution and the Firestorm rennaisance

Good to see you back again Ben

That trick ex. P/M CBR600 steelie sounds pretty flash :)

Iirc I thought that when you said, you'd bought the Mille so that you don't end up spending so much time in the garage working on it as the Storm, you were having a laugh, it seems my thoughts were right

It's in the blood mate :)

Chris.
